PROC API_Memory_Get_Free STDCALL
	USES	ecx,esi,edi

This function returns the free and used memory blocks.

Returns:

• EAX = number of free memory blocks
• EBX = number of used memory blocks

Errors:

None. Curent version always assumes it will succed.

Remarks:

• One memory block is 4 Kilobytes (4096 bytes).
